Refund Policy

At Network Rhinos, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs in networking and IT certifications. We understand that there may be situations where a student may seek a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial enrollment or payment.
  • The student has not accessed more than 10% of the course content (for online/self-paced modules).
  • For live classes, the student has not attended more than 2 sessions.
  • The reason for cancellation is legitimate and supported by relevant documentation (if requested).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of enrollment or payment.
  • If the student has accessed a significant portion of course materials or attended substantial training.
  • No-shows or absence from live classes without prior notice.
  • Dissatisfaction due to lack of personal commitment or change of mind.
  • Technical issues caused by personal devices, poor internet, or software not meeting requirements.
  • Customized training packages or discounted group enrollments.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. 2. Include your course name, enrollment date, contact details, and reason for the refund.
  3. 3. Our support team will review your request within 5 business days.
  4. 4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel enrollment at any time; however, refunds will only be processed if eligibility criteria are met.

For installment-based or EMI payments, the refund will be limited to the amount paid, and future EMIs will be canceled if applicable.

5. Course Rescheduling and Transfers

If you are unable to continue a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer one of the following (subject to approval):

  • A one-time rescheduling to a future batch.
  • A course credit for another program of equal value (valid for 3 months).

Note: These options are offered at our discretion and cannot be combined with a refund.
