Refund Policy

At Network Rhinos, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality networking and IT training programs, including CCNA, CCIE, AWS, DevOps, and more. Our courses are carefully structured, led by industry experts, and crafted to provide maximum value to our students, professionals, and career changers.

We believe in maintaining transparency in all our operations, and that includes our payment and refund terms. This Refund Policy is designed to clearly communicate our stance on refunds and help you make informed enrollment decisions.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Please note that all payments made to Network Rhinos are final and non-refundable.

Once a student enrolls in any of our programs—whether it is an online, offline, live, hybrid, or pre-recorded module—no refunds will be processed under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal decision post-enrollment
  • Student no longer able to attend or complete the course
  • Lack of time, interest, or engagement from the learner
  • Change in career plans or priorities
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations or learning pace
  • Personal or professional emergencies
  • Duplicate or accidental payments (only eligible for course credit upon review)
  • We encourage all prospective students to fully understand the course curriculum, structure, trainer credentials, and personal time commitment before making payment.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

As an educational institution, our training process begins the moment a student enrolls. This includes:

  • Reserving limited classroom or online seats
  • Allocating trainer schedules and mentor support
  • Granting early access to learning materials, systems, or communities
  • Administrative, technical, and operational costs that are incurred immediately

To ensure fairness and quality, our policy applies equally to all students, regardless of the program chosen or the reason for the refund request.

3. Alternatives to Refunds (Discretionary)

While refunds are not permitted, in rare and exceptional situations—and at the sole discretion of Network Rhinos management—we may offer one of the following alternatives:

  • A one-time transfer to a future batch of the same course (subject to availability)
  • A course credit to be applied toward another Network Rhinos course of equal or lesser value within 3 months
  • These options, if granted, will only be considered when a formal written request is made within 7 days of enrollment and accompanied by valid supporting documentation (if required).

Please note: Repeated or frequent requests for rescheduling or substitution will not be entertained.

4. EMI, Credit Card & Third-Party Payment Plans

For students who choose to pay via EMI, credit card, or other financing options:

  • Network Rhinos does not handle or reverse EMI/cancellation requests.
  • Refunds are not applicable under any third-party EMI or BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) plans.
  • Any disputes or cancellations must be resolved directly with your bank or payment provider.

Our refund policy still applies in full, irrespective of the payment method used.

5. Payment Disputes

Initiating false chargebacks or payment reversals via banks or credit card companies will be considered a violation of this policy and the Terms of Use. Legal action may be taken in case of payment fraud, misuse, or breach of contract.
